Villa Angelica

The villa, which is reached by 170 steps is built into the terraced land so typical of the area and close to the village of Conca dei Marini. Spread over three different levels it is very comfortably furnished with lots of homely touches added by the attentive owner.

On the ground floor is a comfortable living room with dining area with table and chairs, and a sitting area with two settees and television opening onto a balcony. An archway leads to a fully equipped kitchen, pantry store cupboard, and small bathroom with washing machine. A staircase leads to the lower floor where there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with hydomassage bath.
A passage through the villas characteristic archways and stairs lead to the upper floor which has two twin bedrooms, a shower room and a mansard single bedroom.

In front of the house is a beautiful terrace with electrically operated sunshade, table, chairs and barbecue, perfect for leisurely lunches or romantic candlelit dinners whilst enjoying the wonderful view. The houses’ garden filled with green palms and colourful flowers contrasts delightfully with the azzure sea, and bright whitewashed walls of the house. There is even more space for relaxing on a further large terrace also equipped with table and chairs situated below the villa, and above there is a furnished solarium sun terrace with spectacular view.

The local bus stop, just a few metres from the house, has connections to many of the local villages, and the main sights of the area, such as Positano and Ravello, are less than half an hour’s drive. Also well worth a visit are the archeological sites of Pompeii and Ercolano, at the feet of the volcano Vesuvius, and cosmopolitan Sorrento with its maze of streets, with shops and pavement cafes is a joy to explore.

Note: As the house is built on the hillside, there are steps to the sun terrace, seafront and surrounding area, therefore this property may not be suitable for persons with walking difficulties or children.
Close to the villa there are also two apartments, which can also be rented together with Villa Angelica to accommodate larger parties.
