Villa Rustica

The villa has been renovated to a high standard and now forms two split level apartments, and a separate cottage. The furnishings are in keeping with Tuscan tradition including some antique pieces and the modern comforts of satellite televisions, and internet access have also been added.
Rustica Uno has a large living room with settees, fireplace, satellite television and dining area with table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower room, both of which are suitable for disabled guests. Stairs leads to the first floor which has three characteristic bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, and there is a lovely terrace overlooking the garden.

Rustica Due, also on two floors, consists of a large living room with settees, satellite television, and dining area with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Stairs lead to the first floor which has two suites, each with a double bedroom, shower room, and sitting area with settee (which convert to double beds on request). One of the suites also has a gallery floor above the sitting area where two extra children may be accommodated on request).
Close to the main villa is a separate ground floor cottage, also suitable for disabled guests, which consists of a double bedroom, shower room and kitchen which opens onto a garden terrace.

Surrounding the villa are spacious gardens with lawns, where there is a private swimming pool (14m x 7m). At the front and side of the villa are two large shaded terraces with barbecues. Parking is in the grounds next to the house.
Although immersed in beautiful countryside, Villa Rustica is only 800m walk from the village of Marciano. The interesting historic towns of Arezzo and Cortona are both only a short drive away and road and rail links make Florence and the rest of Tuscany?s treasures easily accessible.
