The house is surrounded by terraces and gardens which are furnished with table and chairs and there is a large barbecue, perfect for dining al fresco whilst enjoying the unspoilt view of the countryside.
Steps lead to the gorgeous swimming pool (8m x 16m), situated below the house which enjoys the same lovely view and is the perfect spot the relax, take a swim and enjoy the undisturbed peace and tranquillity.
Reached by a winding road through the woods and immersed in the countryside, Villa Serena is still well located to explore both Tuscany and Umbria. Arezzo, famous for its Piero della Francesca frescoes in the cathedral is only 20km away, and also has good train connections to Florence and Rome, whereas Cortona, Siena, and Lake Trasimeno are all within an hours drive.
