Rustica cottage is enclosed in two hectares of lovely spacious grounds, situated in the hills between Arezzo and Cortona and comfortably furnished in country style creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There plenty of space for dining al fresco and relaxing in the garden and by the pretty swimming pool and the local village of Marciano is within walking distance.

The cottage, which is all on the ground floor consists of a double bedroom, shower room and kitchen which opens onto a terrace. The cottage accommodation is also suitable for disabled guests. The furnishings are in keeping with Tuscan tradition including some antique pieces and the modern comforts of satellite televisions, and internet access have also been added.

Also in the grounds of the estate is the main villa which now forms two split level apartments, Rustica Uno and Rustica Due which can also be rented.

In the spacious gardens there is a pretty swimming pool (14m x 7m) enjoying a lovely view of the countryside, and the terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy delicious meals al fresco.

Although immersed in beautiful countryside, Rustica cottage is only 800m walk from the village of Marciano, and close by are many lovely local hill towns which are a joy to leisurely explore. The interesting historic towns of Arezzo and Cortona are both only a short drive away and road and rail links make Florence and the rest of Tuscany’s treasures easily accessible.

Parking is in the grounds next to the house.
