The Residence is composed of three pretty houses characterised by pretty external loggia archways and divided into apartments. The houses are surrounded by gardens with lawns and pine woods beyond, and in a sunny position in the grounds is a large swimming pool (16m x 8m) and separate children’s pool (4m x 4m).

The apartments are very comfortable and all have their own terrace or balcony with table and chairs for dining al fresco. The interiors are nicely furnished and are equipped with modern comforts such as satellite television, safe, washer/dryer, hairdryer, telephone and air conditioning/heating.

Corte degli Etruschi G0 is situated on the ground floor and consists of a living room with kitchen area, dining table and chairs, double sofa bed and shower room. The apartment opens onto its own covered loggia terrace furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco and there is plenty more space for relaxing around the pretty swimming pools.

The residence also offers various extra facilities (some payable locally) such as a children’s play area, a gym, and the booking of tennis courts nearby. Just 800m away there is also a spa with thermal baths and various beauty treatments and guests staying at Corte degli Etruschi benefit from special rates. It is also possible to arrange meals at a nearby hotel on request.

The location is perfect for combining a relaxing holiday with sightseeing and days at the sea. The beautiful Tuscan coast line with its pretty beaches is easily reached, the beautiful bay of Baratti overlooked by the interesting historical town of Populonia for example is the closest at just 5km away. There are lovely nature parks, Etruscan ruins, and lovely towns to explore and even the Isle of Elba is easily accessible via the ferry port just half an hours’ drive away. The famous towns of San Gimignano, Volterra, and Pisa are also within easy driving distance.
