Close to the main house are two beautifully restored detached barns. Both are on the ground floor and each has a living room with settee, fireplace, satellite television, a fully equipped eat in kitchen with patio doors opening onto the garden, two pretty bedrooms and two shower rooms. In one of the barns a shower room is also suitable for disabled persons.

There is plenty of space for the whole party to dine al fresco under the shade of the gazebo in the garden and there is also a barbecue for guests use. Close by is a large swimming pool (14m x 7m), perfectly placed for relaxing and taking a cooling dip whilst enjoying the unspoilt views. When you can tear yourself away, a walk across the fields (1 km approx, 2 km by road) leads to tiny hilltop hamlet with shops, bar and restaurants, and a larger selection are available at San Casciano dei Bagni. Southern Tuscany’s more famous treasures such as Montepulciano, Pienza, and Siena are all within easy driving distance.
