The ancient farm buildings of the hamlet have been carefully restored and now form lovely apartments. Chianti 1 has its entrance on the first floor.

Furnished in traditional Tuscan style the apartment has also been fitted with the latest modern comforts and has satellite television, washing machine, dishwasher, and a hairdryer. There is also a pretty swimming pool (15m x 8m) set in a lovely position above the apartment and enjoying fine views. The pool is furnished with sun loungers and is a the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a refreshing dip.

Situated in a much sought after area of Tuscany in the heart of the unspoilt Chianti countryside Apartment Chianti 1 is only 1km from the pretty village of Lucolena which has a restaurant and a grocers shop and the larger towns of Figline and Greve, both only a short drive away, offer a wider selection of facilities.

There are many famous Chianti towns and beautiful scenery to enjoy, and the medieval hill towns of Siena and San Gimignano are both less than an hour’s drive away. The art cities of Florence and Arezzo are also close by and can be easily reached via road and rail links from nearby Figline.
